The hotel offered great amenities including a lovely patio area with seating to chat with friends. The hotel room was comfortable with temperature control, and the bathroom was also beautifully designed. The hotel's Bistro served excellent breakfast and lunch, and the staff was very helpful in providing recommendations for exploring the city.

The free shuttle was great, but tough to get in and out of for taller folks. I enjoyed the proximity to the music festival and convenience store. The room and bathroom were kept clean enough.
The front desk staff wasn't responsive when I needed them and were less attentive during check-in and check-out. The bed was disappointing - definitely needed to be replaced, and it sagged on one side. The light in the restroom was way too bright.

This hotel is located in a prime spot with easy access to many attractions and a great bistro serving delicious meals. The leisure facilities were a fantastic way to pass time. The breathtaking view from our room was truly unforgettable.

complimentary facilities, perfect location! The pool and fitness room were perfect to spend a rainy evening. Furthermore, the hotel had a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the Botanic Garden. Also, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast not inclusive and unreliable public transport. The hotel lacked inclusive breakfast, which should have been provided for the price paid. Additionally, public transport in the North of Chicago was unreliable and it is advisable to rent a car instead.

Great city trip! Loved the complementary breakfast and shuttle service to the nearby attractions. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Plus, the staff was really helpful and friendly.
The traffic noise was a bit loud and kept me up at night. Also, the room I booked was not available upon arrival, which was disappointing. However, the staff made up for it by providing alternative accommodations.

I like the modern lobby.
The road noise was moderately loud in the room. Also, the front desk called a cab at 11:30pm to meet us at the train station and we waited 45 minutes in 35 degree weather because the front desk miscommunicated with the cab company.

We were extremely pleased to learn that the Courtyard offers a free shuttle to Ravinia. It works beautifully! Within a few minutes after leaving the hotel you're at the gate of the park. Pickup works as seamlessly. We will definitely be staying at the Courtyard for future concerts.
